Some games have distinct traits, some platforms you like to play on have distinct traits, like consoles in their early days loved to make you run in circles collecting the stuff the developers hid from you. People loved the concept so much they tried to implement it to every genre possible and, by some weird coincidence, the classic console shooter was born – Turok The Dinosaur Hunter. Game was troubled with various design choices mixed in together but is still fondly remembered. Let’s dissect it now.
